Privacy Policy

The App helps you connect from your Android phone to Android TV / Google TV devices (and compatible boxes) over your local network using ADB (Android Debug Bridge). Features include remote control, app management, APK install, screenshots, shell commands, and live logcat.

We do not require an account and we do not operate a backend that collects your personal information for advertising or profiling.

Data that may be processed on your devices (not sent to us by default):

• Connection details you enter (for example, TV IP address and ADB port), kept on your phone for the connection session and any preferences you save locally.

• Theme preference (light / dark / system), stored in on-device SharedPreferences.

• Screenshots and logs you choose to capture or save — stored where you save them (for example, your gallery or files on the phone).

• ADB traffic (commands, app lists, logcat output, remote key events) between your phone and the TV over your local network. This stays on your network and devices unless you deliberately share or export it.

The App may request permissions needed for its features, including:

• Internet / network access — to talk to your TV over Wi‑Fi / LAN.

• Notifications — optional, used when streaming logcat via a foreground service.

• Storage / media (where applicable) — to save screenshots or files you export.

You can deny optional permissions; some features may then be unavailable.

The App does not include third-party advertising SDKs or analytics SDKs that track you across apps.

Google Play may process install, crash, and device statistics according to Google’s policies when you download the App from Play Store. That processing is controlled by Google, not by us.

The App is a developer / power-user tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

ADB debugging is a powerful developer feature. Only connect to devices you own or are authorized to manage, on networks you trust. Accept debugging prompts only when you expect them.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised policy.
